Tisa Hook / Founder
Tisa, LME, originally born and raised in Sunny Los Angeles, California moved to the beautiful Orlando area in 2013. She broke into the aesthetics industry in 2015 however previously worked for the Waldorf Astoria Resort and Spa in Orlando, FL as a spa receptionist which sparked her interest in skincare. She decided to then pursue a career in medical aesthetics and became a Licensed Aesthetician in 2015, thereafter she landed a position at a busy med spa in the Dr. Phillips area. Within 1 year she was promoted to lead aesthetician and Manager where she oversaw staff, worked closely with Nurse Practioners, provided weekly trainings for continued education purposes, became certified in Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), body wrapping and was thrown into pretty much a vast majority of what falls under the med spa industry.
She continued her position for 4 1/2 years and decided in August of 2020 to embark on her journey of starting her own skin and body sculpting business. This is when Skin and Sculpt Aesthetics came to fruition and it has been a beautiful journey since. Her mission is to redefine what Self Care looks and feels like. Gone are the days where self care only consists of going to your hair appointment, getting a mani/ pedi or a pampering facial. She believes self care should be long lasting and not only a moment of bliss but somewhat of a lifestlye change that delivers long lasting, effective results that allow you to feel blissfully beautiful in the skin and body you are in every single day.
I've had two appointments with Tisa and she is the sweetest person and extremely knowledgeable. She tells you every detail and is very patient and listens to you. I use her for all my body sculpting needs and can't wait to start going to her for other services. Amazing hidden gem in Orlando for your pampering needs.
